I’m the owner of Renovate & Rent, based right here in the Canton/Akron area.
I started this because I saw how stressful it can be when a house becomes more of a problem than something you want to deal with.
Every situation is different — some people are dealing with repairs, some inherited a property, some are handling a rental, and some just need to sell and move on.
I don’t come into conversations trying to push anything — I’d rather understand what’s going on first and make sure it actually makes sense for both sides.
